Melissa Eltringham

Abiding by the Greek origin of her name, which means "honeybee," Melissa buzzed around the yoga world for ten years before finally getting addictively stung by vinyasa in Nashville. A rigorous childhood of dance training combined with various stints living in cities such as Boston, New York, and her hometown of Los Angeles makes her feel nothing but at home and grounded on the mat. Sharing and deepening this love led to her 200 hour vinyasa flow certification led by Tom and Daphne Larkin at Nashville's Sanctuary for Yoga. Melissa carries the influence of several teachers and studios she's had the honor of studying with, including Shiva Rea, Simon Park, and Sri Dharma Mittra.

Melissa resides in Nashville with her husband Fred and two sons Truman and Cooper.
