What To Expect

  • In-person instruction led by Daphne Larkin and internationally recognized faculty.

  • 8 weekend intensives held at Sanctuary Yoga

  • Between intensives, students continue their studies with exclusive access to guided content in the Teacher’s Lab - Sanctuary’s newest online library for teachers.

  • Studio classes and practical experience putting the course materials “on the mat” with a completely integrated approach to learning.

  • Graduates are fully prepared to begin teaching and experience tremendous growth in their own practice and understanding of the full practice of yoga.

Our teaching comes directly from our practice - from years of dedicated study and the lineage of many teachers.  We provide you with a solid foundation in the practice of yoga.  We honor classical alignment, creative expression, and the freedom that comes from stability and clear understanding.  What you offer as a teacher comes directly from your practice, so we provide you with the tools you need to get started on this path and evolve into an inspired teacher.

  • Get on your mat - learn classical alignment and how to teach is within the flow of a vinyasa practice.

  • Change your perspective

  • Be a student first

  • Learn the importance of Krama.  there are no shortcuts.

  • Fall in love with your practice and discover more about yourself than you ever thought possible.

  • Study classical texts and discover relevance in your daily life

"With her masterful vinyasa sequencing and her authentic voice of wisdom, love, and grace. Daphne led one of the most memorable yoga classes I ever attended, in 2017. Instantly, I knew that I wanted Daphne to be the one to lead me further in my journey as a yoga teacher. Her training will unfold intelligent and intuitive sequencing, as well as illuminate the path to finding your narrative and voice as a teacher. Daphne has been one of the most profound influences in my yoga teaching journey."
