Prenatal Yoga for Couples Birth Workshop

Relax, connect, and share yoga with your partner in this uplifting and empowering get-ready-for-birth workshop.
We'll practice breathing, moving, and meditating for greater comfort and deeper connection. Practice hands-on comfort measures for birth and get constructive feedback from mom-to-be about what works and what doesn't (every mama is different!). Some easy journaling and simple communication techniques will also help bring you closer together as parents and as partners preparing to welcome baby into your family. Ideal as last-minute preparation for birth, a refresher course, or a what-have-we-gotten-ourselves-into?! conversation starter.
Registration required; space is limited. Light snacks provided. Please bring a notebook & pen. No yoga experience necessary.

Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher Jenni Derryberry Mann, eRYT200, mother of
two, is committed to helping women prepare for the birth experience they'd
most like to have. A yoga teacher since 2003, she's specialized in
prenatal & postnatal since 2007. She weaves lessons learned from doula
training into her yoga classes, and she is the editor of Belly Button
Bliss (Fairview Press, 2010), a collection of happy birth stories shared
