These simple guidelines are designed to enhance your yoga practice and the collective experience for all Sanctuary patrons.

  • Wear comfortable, but not baggy, clothing
  • Avoid eating heavily 2 hours before class
  • Arrive a few minutes early
  • Abandon the competitive mind-set
  • Be kind and loving to yourself
  • Mention any pre-existing injuries or special conditions to the teacher before class
