- Tom Larkin

Page began taking yoga 10 years ago, which began as a natural progression following a rich and rewarding background as a psychiatric nurse and aerobics instructor. Her practice deepened and became much more serious when she began practicing at Sanctuary. It was at this time she became passionate about Vinyasa Flow and about the Sanctuary community and the accepting, encouraging, noncompetitive an loving environment found at the studio. Page is fueled by the beautiful integration of mind, body and spirit that exists in yoga and believes this is the essence of the practice.
In addition to her practice at Sanctuary and her work with Daphne and Tom Larkin, Page began studying with Shiva Rea in 2007. As part of her continuing studies with Shiva, she is enrolled in Shiva’s Samudra Global School for Living Yoga in the Teacher Training program. Page holds a Masters degree in Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing, has a love for music and painting and life in general. Her bubbly and joyful personality is infectious and can be found infused in her classes.
While not teaching and helping others, she spends time with her husband, four children, seven dogs, and two cats. It's no wonder Page needs yoga!
