- Sanctuary for Yoga

Jessica started practicing yoga long before she knew it was yoga. In high school drama, she had to perform sun salutations as part of the movement exercises, and her love for it was reawakened when she started taking classes at a local gym in 2001.
Through her practice she experienced many wonderful benefits and knew she had to share it by becoming a teacher herself. Jessica’s diverse arts and athletic background include 15 years as a gymnastic teacher, a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, intensive studies in performing arts and she has performed professionally as a dancer, actress and singer.
Her practice includes various types of yoga but her greatest influences have been Vinyasa Flow and Anusara Yoga®. Her most influential Certified Anusara Yoga® teachers are Martin and Jordan Kirk, and she has a soft spot in her heart for her first teacher, Philip Self.
Jessica's classes are a fun blended mix of breath, alignment, flow and music. Her energy is beautifully contagious and her ability to lift you into your own heart makes her classes unique and inspiring.
